Procurement Admin (Expediter)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform clerical work in conjunction with the operation of the department
Manage purchase order and track delivery dates
Maintain regular contact and build strong working relationships with suppliers
Ensure that all systems and spreadsheets are updated with accurate order/ delivery information
Review and process invoices for both import and domestic purchases and documents related to purchasing activities
Understand and apply international trade terms (B/L, T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, etc.)
Review and manage import documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
Track shipments and coordinate with customs clearance agents
Liaise with shipping companies and other relevant parties
Job Requirements:
Min. Diploma Degree from any discipline
Min. 2 years of experiences in Procurement in global multinational company
Ideally have past experience within an expediting/ progress chasing role within an Engineering/ Chemical Manufacturing environment
Understanding SAP (ERP) and E-Procurement system
Solid understanding of logistics and import procedures
Knowledge of procurement strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook
A strong team player with good communication skills (Bahasa and English)
Have a great work ethic, principle-based behavior, and a willingness to learn
Willing to be placed in Merak Plant – Cilegon
