Postion : QC Assistant Manager
Location: Cilegon, Banten.
As QC Assistant Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work with a team of quality control professionals to develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and analyze test results. You will also be responsible for training and supervising quality control staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor all aspects of product quality conformity with established quality standards.
Improve, evaluate, and implement quality assurance systems and procedures.
Supervise inspection of raw materials, fabricated finished products, galvanizing or painting.
Plan and monitor calibration inspections and equipment testing which are carried out periodically.
Ensure that the quality, processes, and products of PT Karunia Berca Indonesia are guaranteed as a whole following the requirements set by the company or customer requests.
Ensure that the quality of products and subcontractor work is following PT Karunia Berca Indonesia specifications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control processes and findings.
Handling customer complaints related to the quality of products.
Prepare regular reports on QC Dept. performance.
Organize and evaluate training for QC Dept.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
7 years of working experience in the related field at the steel construction company.
Strong leadership skills & problem solving.
Deep knowledge in implementing QC systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 45001.
Familiar with ASME, API, ASTM, ASME, etc.
Having a Welding Inspector / Welding Engineer certificate.
