2. ÂÂCORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and assess customer demands.
Send emails, letters, forms, and other communication to resellers, travel agents, and corporate clients as directed by the Corporate Sales Manager.
Identify new business prospects and sell room nights directly to corporate accounts.
Participate in and conduct B2B, Travel Trade, and B2C events for sales production.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
Sell hotel rooms and ancillary products through Telesales and Fieldwork.
Gather leads for conversion into active hotel bookers.
Address client queries, concerns, and issues with support from relevant departments within the company.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services through training and sales engagements.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, pipeline, accounts receivable,scheduled customer appointments, and client complaints, including feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure effective reach to the target audience through social media promotions and other channels.
Liaise with Corporate Sales Admin Support and Customer Service Department to handle inquiries and requests with the support of the
Corporate Sales Manager.
Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
Submit a daily/weekly progress report to the Corporate Sales Manager to track monthly target achievement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in Hotel Sales, managing resellers, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
Located in (Cebu, North and South Luzon, NCR).
Sales experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Negotiation skills and understanding of marketing.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Fast learner and quick thinker.
