PT Lotte Chemical Titan Indonesia didirikan dengan nama PT Indofatra Plastik Industri yang dicatat dalam Akta Notaris Ny. Rukmasanti Hardjasatya, S.H. Nomor 19 Tanggal 09 Desember 1987 yang telah disahkan oleh Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia melalui Surat Keputusan Nomor C2-6603.HT.01.01.Th.88 Tanggal 30 Juli 1988. LCTTBK memulai kegiatan usaha komersial di bidang industri plastik dengan lini produksi pertama dengan kapasitas terpasang awal 8.000 metrik ton per tahun.
Kemudian pada tanggal 18 Juli 1988 merubah nama menjadi PT Fatrapolindo Nusa Industri dan merubah bentuk usaha menjadi perusahaan terbuka setelah memperoleh keputusan dari Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Surat Keputusan Nomor C-5565.HT.01.04-TH.2001 Tanggal 23 April 2001 dan mencatatkan sahamnya pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham FPNI.

Sr. Site Plant Inspector
Job Responsibilities:
Implement regular facilities prevention inspection
Independently inspects and monitors all repair and maintenance / construction work to be certain it is being done according to company specification and code standard.
Developing and issue inspection reccomendation based on defect of the equipment
To conduct plant facilities inspection to ensure that only plant and equipment are on good working condition to be operate.
Perform facility inspection with various NDT method strictly according to Inspection Procedure.
Coordinate or lead to conduct pressure test on the plant equipment base on condition or requirement
Discuss inspection results with Person in Charge, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
To establish plant and equipment register and ensure that maintenance program is strictly comply.
Ensure that all Plant Facility Equipment has relevant certification and inspections to work on the site.
Ensure that all relevant HSE inspections are completed for plant and equipment for use in the works.
Ensure that all plant and equipment operators have the necessary qualifications and certifications for operating the plant.
Ensure that all plant operators have the relevant qualifications and certifications.
Requirements:
D3 or A bachelor’s degree in Material and Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering.
3+ years of work experience as Plant Equipment Inspector at Petrochemical /chemical Industry or refinary
Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings.
Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues.
Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Have valid certificate of ASNT NDT Level 2 ( UT / MT / PT / RI )
Have valid certificate of other Inspection related qualification is prefered.
