1. Operation Terminal Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

Planning, controlling, supervising and directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient, thus supporting the achievement of production targets

Job Requirements :

Minimum S1 Any Major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain or logistics
Have the ability and experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
Willing to be placed at Kelanis (Central Kalimantan)

2. Operation Terminal Foreman

Job Description :

Planning, controlling, supervising and directing all daily operational activities related to Fuel Logistics in the supply area of the Adaro Group so that all activities are carried out in accordance with K3 and KO Mining Safety rules, as well as effective and efficient, thus supporting the achievement of production targets.

Job Requirements :

Minimum D3 Any Major, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering
Have at least 1 year experience in supply chain or logistics
Have experience in handling loading master fuels, material & inventory management, forecasting & scheduling
Have Ahli K3 Kimia & Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Certificate
Willing to be placed at Kelanis or Tuhup (Central Kalimantan)

3. General Affairs Departement Head

Job Responsibilities :

Plan, manage and develop all of the company’s General Affairs management activities in order to support smooth operational activities
Manage and control activities to meet work support needs for employees, which include office buildings, work spaces, office furniture, transportation facilities, mess rooms, etc. to ensure compliance with applicable policies
Ensure asset and property maintenance are executed in effective manner to support operational activities

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law or Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar industries
Strong exposure in infrastructure
Have competence in General Affairs Management and Budget Management
Have excellent communication, leadership, and managerial skills
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan)

4. Procurement Officer

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise and carry out the procurement of goods/work tools/spare parts/services in accordance with the applicable plans, specifications, policies and procedures to ensure that goods and services are available on time, in accordance with the quality and quantity that have been determined in order to support the company’s operational activities

Job Requirements :

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) of civil/industrial/mechanical engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position
Able to supervise and conduct vendor selection by evaluating price offers
Familiar with marine work tools and spare parts
Have an excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skill
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin or Kelanis

5. Tax Staff

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in checking the compliance, correctness and accuracy in tax calculation/payment/reporting; Assist in preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting; Assist to prepare data and forms for annual corporate income tax

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree majoring in Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
Have at least 1 year of experience in similar position
Competencies : Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation
Detail oriented, discipline, and responsible
Able to work individually or as part of team
