PROJECT ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategically manages capital projects, directs the activities of project engineers within their discipline and develops engineering/project management, process, and technology standardization.
Responsible for the management of projects engineers and/or external engineering resources, as well as oversight for all related projects.
Managing engineering development and productivity.
Managing logistics by ensuring that labour, materials, and equipment are completed correctly and are within the project budget and timeframe.
Work on-site for ins llation, commissioning, troubleshooting, daily planning in collaboration with cross function team.
Lead some projects related to expansion, safety, quality, and efficiency.
Demonstrates a deep respects for the capabilities of all people, believing that people will contribute to what they understand, and feel is in their best and self-interest.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree of Engineering
Have 2 years of working experience in Project Engineering (preferably from food industry)
Understand manufacturing process (people, machine, process management), project planning, budgeting project, time management, and problem solving
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skill in English
Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, etc.
Experienced in Quantity Surveyor is an advantage
Strong numeracy and experience in data processing
Willing to be placed in Cikupa
