1. Admin Merchandising (Urgently Needed)
Job Description
Assist operation merchandiser with updating promotion, product listing and information
Prepare data and report for monthly analysis
Create Voucher & GWP
Remind and communicate with all Merchandiser for collection homepage every week
Support ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Min. 6 months of administrative experience (finance, e-commerce, merchandising are preferred but not mandatory)
Skilled in Ms. Excel (with knowledge of basic and frequently used formulas)

2. Content Creator (Somethinc Makeup)

Produce daily content for our Social Media (mostly on TikTok)
Create content plan and strategy for our brands
Maintain engagement rate by interacting with followers

Responsibilities:
Responsible to maintain the live streaming day-to-day operation
Well knowledge on technical specification to establish good quality livestream
Ensure display products for live streaming are neatly arranged in the studio
Troubleshooting issues, especially in high-pressure moments during the livestream events
Requirements:
Have experience in live streaming operation (OBS & vMIX)
Minimum 1 years of working experience as a videographer in creative industry
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro)
Keep up with video production and live streaming trends
Perfect knowledge of professional and mirrorless camera

6. Social Media Officer (Somethinc)
Job Descriptions:
Write, edit and publish engaging posts for Instagram (Feed & Story)
Caption and Content Planning for our Instagram
Interacting with Audiences (IG Story, Comment Section)
Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)
Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Has experience handling KOL
Compile customer’s review and upload it to IG Story
Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
