AkzoNobel Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) Rotational Engineer 2023
We are looking for:
Fresh Graduates Student of Bachelor Degree or with max 1-year experience
Clear career interest in Manufacturing
All engineering background, more specific to Digital Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Digitalization, Aerospace and Hi-Technology
Possible to travel nationally within Indonesia & regionally within AkzoNobel

Purpose of the Program:
The end goal is to develop young Engineers and get them ready for a middle manager position in Manufacturing
International travel/assignments: Candidates need to be open to mobility – both local and international.

Job Responsibilities
1. Project Engineer
Contributes to the successful execution of projects by delivering technical expertise and project management
capabilities
Prepares, schedules, coordinates and monitors the assigned engineering projects
Monitors compliance to applicable codes, practices, Quality Assurance / Quality Control policies, performance
standards and specifications
Cooperates and communicates daily with project members and stakeholders to interpret their needs and
requirements, and provides assistance and technical support
Performs overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reports regularly on project status
2. Process Engineer
Monitors and improves processes in order to maintain or enhance quality, Health Safety Environment, service and
costs levels
Monitors the process performance through metrics such as productivity, Waste Indices and takes action as required
to correct adverse trends, performing plant based process investigations
Develops plans to improve the above performance through focused improvement activities (in conjunction with the
operations group) along with capital projects
Interfaces with off-site functions such as Research & Development / marketing and central engineering for the industrialization of new products, new raw materials and recipe changes ensuring that changes on site are controlled and managed
Provides expertise for onsite operations group during process related troubleshooting issues
