PLANT OPERATOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Having AK.1 (KARTU PENCARI KERJA) from siapkerja.kemnaker.go.id
Male or Female
Minimum High school or equivalent with minimum work experience of 3-5 years in factory operations (Technician or operator), preferably petrochemical industry and/or energy center
Have a high level of compliance and awareness of work safety
Manual dexterity, accuracy and attention to detail
Have basic mechanical ability
Able to read and interpret operational instructions (SOP) supported by the ability to think logically
Have written and verbal communication skills (good articulation) and active listening skills. Abillity to work in a team
Willing to work in shift work schedulle and may be able to work on holidays
Have the ability to learn and high initiative
Having a class 1 boiler operator certificate is a plus

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Having AK.1 (KARTU PENCARI KERJA) from siapkerja.kemnaker.go.id
Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing maintenance
Knowledgeable in various concept and method of manufacturing plant maintenance
Familiar with relevant engineering and material standarts
Good problem-solving skills, planning and controlling
Good people skills/management, good interpersonal skill, good communication in english or Bahasa

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Having AK.1 (KARTU PENCARI KERJA) from siapkerja.kemnaker.go.id
Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree in a electrical engineering from reputable university with minimum work experience of 3-5 years in an appropriate manufacturing environtment
Have a high level of compliance and awareness of work safety
Knowledge of electrical system & distribution, especially on manufacturing plant facility
Have a good general engineering principles; electrical protection system and troubleshooting
Knowledge on the electrical design engineering and it is deliverables will be advantage
Knowladge of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) methodology and reliability analysis tools
Have strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Have written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills in english
Have the ability to learn and high initiative
Goods technical knowledge of engineering design and engineering codes for manufacturing and industry
Have project management skills

Bachelor’s degree in a physics engineering or electrical/instrumentation discipline from reputable university with minimum work experience of 3-5 years in approriate manufacturing environment

Knowledge of instrumentation system of chemical manufacturing; engineering principles; instrumentation engineering, calibration and maintenance
Knowladge of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) methodology and reliability analysis tools
Have strong analytical and diagnostic skills

Have the ability to learn and high initiative

PSM ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Male or Female
Minimum 3 years working experience in chemical manufacturing or equivalent experience in process safety management
Good knowledge on PSM elements
Proven abillity to lead teams, influence operations, and build consencsus opinions
Strong verbal and written english communication skills
Effective presentation/ training/ facilitation skills Strong incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis techniques
Educations; Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, preferred discipline in chemical or mechanical engineering
Good computer skills, including MS word, Excel, power point, software for PHA
Familiar with PHA study method such as HAZOP, What if, LOPA. Trained PHA Facilitator /Leader is preferable

PROCESS ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
