PROJECT FINANCE OFFICER
(Cilegon – West Java)
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic from reputable university
Understanding AR & AP roles
Familiar with project environment
Strong analytic, ready work underpreassure, fast learning
Willing to placed in Cilegon, West Java
Job Description :
Be the finance team representative at the project site
Monitoring project progress in terms of finance
Coordinate with the construction coordinator and PM regarding project progress.
Prepare draft invoices for both the timesheet and claim period figures
Responsible for encouraging and assisting PM in preparing project budget and cashflow forecasts.
Responsible for petty cash utilization, petty cash flow, petty cash summary & petty cash monitoring.
In charge of AR billing
Coordinate with HQ AP staff regarding payment of equipment rental or ship rental in accordance with timesheets and contracts to vendors in accordance with the timesheet and contract to the Vendor
Monitoring weekly project progress and budget utilization by using tools: Timesheet, S-Curve
