Job Profile Summary

The role is to ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational at Merak Plant or 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse and responsible to develop and initiate monthly reports, metrics including productivity measurements.
Support inventory management at Merak Plant and 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse, including manage replenishment within warehouses and ensure, any goods load (un) into /from truck is in good condition, correct SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) , correct quantity and load secure inside truck.
The role covers a range of responsibilities for safety activities at Merak plant and 3rd Party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

Safety

To ensure all safety procedure followed at Merak Plant Warehouse and 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse operations
Conducting safety spot check and conversation at Merak Plant Warehouse & 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse
Assist Logistic manager ln ensuring the compliance of the HSSE’ s policy for Primary / secondary transportation & Forklift operations.

Operation – Warehouse

Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) with planning and production team.
Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages, working closely with planning team, production team, CSU (Customer Service Unit) and 3rd  Party Logistic Provider team
Plan and arrange Stock transfer (STOT) planning of delivery replenishment within Warehouses
Accountable and responsible to achieve ln Full on Time (lFOT) achievement by ensuring effective replenishment within Warehouses on time and accurate.
Responsible and Accountable for Stock Accuracy and inventory of Finish Good at Merak Plant & 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Warehouse
Manage product retrieval using FIFO methodology and monitor product shelf live before send to 3rd  Party Logistic Provider
To ensure product received from Plant Warehouse and import are correct.
Responsible for RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) are manage and met considering replenishment finish good and unload raw material activities.

Operation – Distribution

Ensure load are optimize and use correct Mode of Transport (MOT)
Analyze primary distribution activities, seeking the opportunity of reducing in transportation cost
Assist Logistic Manager by check of contractor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate with finance for freight accruals for secondary & primary transport.
Execute sales order process for bulk delivery.
Accountable and responsible to achieve ln Full on Time (lFOT) achievement by ensuring accurate order processing.

Operation – Others

Ensure KPI for logistic contractor are monitor according to WWC 2.5 (Working with Contractor) framework.
Establish and manage relations with Planning team, production team, import team and transporter.
Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement.
Develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.

Quality

Channeling with QC team for any re-test, quarantine, and damage products
Ensure Warehouse quality standard Policy are implemented including conducted Warehouse Quality Audit at 3rd party Logistic Provider’s Facilities
Follow up internal complaint and channeling to production / QC for further action.

Export & Import

Monitor importation / exportation according to government regulation and International Trade Regulation ( ITR )
Issue voluntary payment ( VP )  for custom submission
Ensure duty & tax for import check & verify based upon fusion HS code & regulation.
Explore opportunity of saving from review preferential tariff
Monitor and ensure Custom Broker KPI are met.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES:

Minimum 2 years working experience in Warehousing, Distribution or Logistic Field
Knowledge in Warehouse & Distribution Management
Good knowledge of Indonesia distribution route and mode of transport used
Proficiency of ERP system (JDE, SAP, or Oracle ) and MS office
Able to speak and write English fluently
Willing to be placed in Merak Plant and other Warehouse area
