Job description :
– Every purchase is approved by Supervisor or Dept Head, the goods arrive on time and in good condition
– Check vendor list and maintain good relationship with vendors, check the list of purchases of goods/services needed by all members of the company, categorize the list of intermediate purchases monthly purchases of goods and one-time purchases.
– Request approval from superiors/management/departments for the budget
– Contacting suppliers & vendors to get quotes/prices and analyze offers (prices, features, services,etc.) that are more profitable and negotiate prices, features, services, time, obtained from suppliers
– Make an order document/purchase order (PO) and send it to suppliers & vendors of goods/services
– Tracking, ensuring the delivery and execution of service work goes well and checking the quality of goods/services in accordance with the sales contract
– Documentation for all sales archive
– Communication & coordination with the logistics department to record incoming goods and to the finance department for payment for goods and services
– Review performance of the purchasing process and make weekly, monthly and annual meeting reports and be ready for regular and conditional meetings.
Requrements:
– Minimum D3 graduate
– Maximum age 30 years old
– Have SIM A & SIM C (can drive)
– Able to work individually and team
– Able in English (at least passive)
– Understand flow of purchasing activities
– Minimum 2 (two) years experience as purchasing staff
– Can Join ASAP
