Mechanical Engineer
Ringkasan Fungsi :
To support plant maintenance activities. Provides technical support and drives continuous improvements in manufacturing process capability, capacity and productivity at the site(s) to ensure safe and optimal process utilization.
Tanggung Jawab :
Provide maintenance expertise and assistance to the maintenance group in analyzing and troubleshooting as required. Support maintenance supervisor activities at site as required. Ensure plant reliability is maintained by advising appropriate cost-effective maintenance approach in a safe and environment friendly manner.
Responsible in developing preventative and predictive maintenance. Ensure all required engineering/maintenance procedures, tools and techniques are in place for implementation.
Reduce downtime of plant equipment by improving quality of repair/installation, maintenance method and techniques, carry out down time analysis followed up by RCA, and equipment spare review as needed. Advise maintenance supervisors for implementation.
With maintenance team, develop plans and budget for annual maintenance expense, major shutdown and/or turn around, and long-term maintenance initiatives.
Take ownership of maintenance business process (JDE system), and ensure it operated as intended. Support plant maintenance management with various information within and outside Cabot organization.
Support engineering and design review of plant improvement and sustaining capex project design
Persyaratan :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing maintenance.
Knowledgeable in various concept and method of manufacturing plant maintenance
Familiar with relevant engineering and material standards.
Good problem-solving skills, planning and controlling.
Good people skills/ man management, good interpersonal skill, good communication in English or Bahasa.
