1. Construction Management Supervisor
Key Roles :
Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
Qualifications :
Age ranged from 25 to 40 y.o
Min Bachelor degree in the related field
Min 5 years of experience in the related position
Level 2 and above of IKIP’s
Mandarin language test, Fluency in Bahasa, and English language
Ability to operate Microsoft Office, WPS
Good communication skills, manner, and morals.
2. Corporate Communication Engineer
Key Roles :
Providing advice to Management Concerning Policies, Relationships and Communications
Disseminating planned messages through traditional mass media and social media platforms to further the organizations interests.
Relating directly with legislatures and regulatory agencies on behalf of the organization
Identifying and addressing issues of public concern that affect the organization
Qualifications :
Age ranged from 20 to 35 y.o
Holding at least a bachelor degree in a related field
Ability to operate Microsoft Office & WPS
At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Fluency in Bahasa, English language, Mandarin (preferred)
Good morals and attitude
A good range of experience in industrial park lincense
3. Drafter/Designer Admin
Key Roles :
Analyze building regulations, room and space requirements, as well as various technical documents and other reports to help determine the effect on an architectural design
Design a rough and detailed plan for foundation structures, floor plans, and other drawings based on concepts, sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations, and various other data.
Provide consultation on the form of room decoration
Qualifications :
Age ranged from 20 to 35 y.o
At least Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Architectures
Have the ability to read or translate images
Expert in operating CAD Software and conventional drafting posts to produce various designs, shapes, charts, measurement drawings and notes.
Min 1 year of experience in relevant field

Fluency in Bahasa, and English language
4. ESG Engineer
Key Roles :
Plan, develop, and implement ESG and sustainability programs in accordance with company goals, company commitment to sustainability, and stakeholder interests
Develop basic metrics and key performance indicators to monitor progress in various areas of Sustainability initiatives
Create annual reports on ESG, Sustainability, and/or Impact to describe progress and address compliance
Engage with industry partners, associations and companies to develop an ESG strategy

5. Purchasing Staff
Key Roles :
Responsible for the smooth supply-chain company
Prepare weekly and monthy reports to superiors.

Qualification :

6. Surveyor Supervisor
Key Roles :
Responsible for on-site survey work and surveyor staff management, and train surveyor staff works skills
Assisting in coordinating work related to external parties.
Complete all tasks given by superiors.

Qualification :
Age range from 25 to 40 y.o
At least posses a bachelor degree in the relevant field
Min. 5 years of experience in the related field
Fluency in Bahasa, and English language
Experienced in operating tools such as total station, gps geodetic, auto level, waterpass, drone, etc
Good morals
Expert in operating Microsoft office
7. Safety Officer (Electrical)
Key Roles :
Responsible for designing policy and procedure that help orevent harm to workers and properties
Provide support to Project Managers and Construction managers for moderately complex and moderate to large-scale projects by communicating and reinforcing institutional and divisional electrical safety and lockout/tagout policies to subcontractors, project teams and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure project completion in a safe manner, within schedule and in accordance with the Electrical Safety Manual and other requirements.

Min Bachelor degree in the related field
Min 3 years of experience in the related position
Has K3 General Certificate
Has safety management experience

8. Safety Officer (Mechinery)
Key Roles :
To ensure appropriate risk assessment is performed and reviewed
To assist in the investigation of any incident, accident and dangerous occurrence, and advise on the remedial measures to be taken to prevent the recurrence
To advise the company on the implementation of measure to be taken in the instead of safety and health of the persons employed in the factory premises
To compile safety records of statutory equipment (e.g. lifting devices, pressure vessels, etc.), accident records, workers’ safety orientation / training and minutes of meeting etc.

9. Safety Officer (Mining)
Key Roles :
Responsible for the implementation of mine site safety processes and implements, corporate safety initiatives, and conducts associated safety training.
Ensures that mine operations are in overall compliance with Provincial, local and site statutes and corporate standards by educating mine employees on health and safety issues and reviewing mine processes.
Responsible for ensuring that Safety Department actions are based on sound business, safety, and environmental goals.

Min 5 years of experience in the related position
Has K3 General, Infrastructure, Experience in Mining (POP CERTIFICATED)

10. Safety Team Leader
Key Roles :
Improve safety performance by conducting periodic inspections and surveillances.
Report to management when safety deficiencies exceed existing resources or corrective action is needed.
Assist in developing a Job Safety (or Hazard) Analysis (JSA) for each job to help determine training needs
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
Qualification :

Min Bachelor degree in the relevant field
Min 3 years of experience in the related position

11. Safety Trainer
Key Roles :
Visit each client’s workplace, examine potential dangers, provide training materials that help avoid these problems and provide certification to each employee who finishes their course.
Review potential threats in a given area, help create countermeasures to minimize potential risks, and assess the training needs of employees.
Working effectively and efficiently in the public sector and for the provision of support to the local manager in relation to compliance with risk assessment

At least Bachelor degree in related field
Min 5 year of experience in relevant field
