Operation Analyst (Global Trainee) – Cilegon
Requirements :
Fresh graduate up to 3 of years Job Experience, especially with Mechanical engineering background
Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
Passionate  for industrial business and manufacturing environment
Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
Able to use drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.)
Supply Chain Analyst (Global Trainee) – Cilegon
Requirements :
Fresh graduate with bachelor degree up to 3 of years Job Experience.
Having experience in Supply Chain production planning or inventory management is a plus
Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
Good team player, resilience, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, word, PowerPoint. etc.)
Tenaris University Regional Leader – Cilegon
Requirements :
Min of Bachelor degree in related degree.
Minimum 5 years of Job Experience in Training & Development and Industrial learning programs in manufacturing industry and / or relevant industries
Having high knowledge and understanding of training programs, training needs analysis, development assessment tools, training effectiveness measurement, industrial manufacturing general processes, and relevant topics including managing audits.
Proven track record in coordinating trainings, having high skill on organizing and project management. Having good leadership and good attention on details.
Meticulous, well-organized and excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, resilience and always curios for improvement
