1. Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities
Handling of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment & interviewing, on board preparation
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Conduct interviews via online or in-person
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Develop and maintain strong networking relationships
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology
At least 2 years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity)
Experience working on applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data and recruiting tools
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
Able to maintain performance under pressure and target oriented
2. HRBP Officer
Responsibilities
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, program and policies
Manages and resolves camplex employee relations issues
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Provides guidance and input an business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology
Min. Of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skill
Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable guidelines, regulations, ardinances and policies
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
