1. Manager – Air Separation Unit (ASU)
Requirements
Mechanical engineering background with at least 15 years relevant industrial experience in engineering, design, OEM selection, managing construction, Operations of ASU, especially in Non-Ferrous sector — preferably Copper Smelter. Experience in greenfield/brownfield project &/or international organization would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in managing ASU in Asian Non-ferrous smelters or other Indonesian origin plants will be an added advantage
Expertise in process technology, engineering, operations, maintenance, shutdown management, troubleshooting
Previous experience in managing high value project (>USD 1 billion) would be preferred
Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule, and cost control
2. Manager – Slag Concentrator (SC)
Requirements
Metallurgical or Chemical engineering background with at least 15 years relevant industrial experience in engineering, design, OEM selection, managing construction, Operations of Concentrator plant, especially in Non-Ferrous sector — preferably Copper Smelter. Experience in greenfield/brownfield project &/or international organization would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in managing Concentrator plant in Asian Non-ferrous smelters or other Indonesian origin plants will be an added advantage
Expertise in process technology, engineering, operations, maintenance, shutdown management, troubleshooting
Previous experience in managing high value project (>USD 1 billion) would be preferred
Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule, and cost control
3. Manager Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Requirements
Chemical or Process Operations background with at least 15 years relevant industrial experience in engineering, design, OEM selection, managing construction, Operations of Effluent Treatment Plant, especially in Non-Ferrous sector — preferably Copper Smelter. Experience in greenfield/brownfield project &/or international organization would be an added advantage.
Prior experience in managing ETP in Asian Non-ferrous smelters or other Indonesian origin plants will be an added advantage
Expertise in process technology, engineering, operations, maintenance, shutdown management, troubleshooting
Previous experience in managing high value project (>USD 1 billion) would be preferred
Knowledgeable on subcontract management, including project controls, configuration management, risk management, schedule, and cost control
4. Manager Construction – LNG Terminal
Requirements
Bachelor in Engineering Degree
Minimum 18 years project-based construction managemerm experience, of which at least 10 years ina similar industry and equivalern position, as EPC construction manager
Completed at least 3 LNG Terminal projects as Construction Manager and QAQC
National/regional experience will be a distinct advantage
Good knowledge of construction and erection contracts and standards
Experienced in planning and executing project, constructon and commissioning activities.
5. Project Manager – LNG Terminal
Requirements
Bachelor in Engineering Degree
Minimum 20 years project-based construction management experience, of which at least 10 years in a similar industry and equivalent position, as Project Manager Completed at least more than 3 LNG Terminal Projects
Completed more than 2 projects as a Team Leader / Project Manager
Experience in Indonesia desirable; National/regional experience will be a distinct advantage.
Good knowledge of construction and erection contracts and standards.
Experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems.
Experienced in planning and executing project, construction and commissioning activities.
6. Senior Engineer – Cost Control
Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil/ Economic/ Industrial or Engineering in related discipline with minimum 12 years in Mining and or EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) — Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) – Transmission & Distribution – Geo Thermal Power Plant Construction experience is preferred.
Have S years’ working experiences in similar role as Senior Engineer Cost and in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
Proficient in Ms Project, Ms Office, and Desktop Publishing Package; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as SAP or other ERP will be additional advantage.
7. Coordinator – Procurement, Warehouse & Storage Yard
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Preferably a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer.
Have minimum 12 years’ work experience in a procurement, warehouse & stores in EPC Industry / Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) — Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) — Transmission & Distribution – Geo Thermal Power Plant Construction is preferred.
Have S years’ experience in similar role as Coordinator Procurement, Warehouse, & Storage yard
Proficient in Warehouse and Inventory, project procurement, construction Material specifications. Capabilities the ERP system (SAP). Understanding of the Purchasing and Logistic.
8. Engineer Commercial
Requirements
Bachelor degree qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer from top 5 Universities in Indonesia
Have exposures 5 years’ Commercial Management experience in similar role as Commercial Engineer preferably within a large EPC industry/ Power Plant busines industry;
General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;
Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
9. Engineer Contract/ Contract Administrator
Requirements
Bachelor degree qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer from top 5S Universities in Indonesia
Have exposures 3 years’ Contract / Purchasing / Materials Management experience with 2 years of experience in similar role as contract engineer preferably within a large EPC industry/ Power Plant busines industry;
Experience in purchasing high dollar items and preparing complex Purchase Orders or Purchase Contracts;
General understanding of the Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations;
Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced documentation skills with high attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
