Roles & Responsibilities:
Rotational program within the logistics operation team to meet our sellers and logistics partners for an in-depth introduction to first mile and last mile E-commerce logistics at TikTok Shop
Prepare data and ensure data quality to resolve manual updates, weight discrepancy, and lost & damage claims between sellers and logistics partners

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in conceptualizing, developing and executing marketing campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns.
