1. Marine Superintendent
Job Summary
To ensure the safe operation of the ships to which he has been assigned and to provide a link between the Company and those on board to monitor the safety and pollution prevention aspects of the operation and to ensure that adequate resources and shore-based support are applied as required.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree from Maritime studies and ANT-1 (Ahli Nautika Tingkat 1) Certified / Master Mariner License
Sailing experience as Master for at least 2 year in Oil/Chemical/Gas tankers
Having vast knowledge for maritime regulation also familiar with TMSA, SIRE, PSA etc.
Possess good analytical thinking, proactive, good leadership and able to work collaboratively
2. Technical Superintendent
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring assigned vessel are in operational ready by providing comprehensive maintenance from both technical and nautical aspects – Establish plan, coordinating and analyzing all activities related to vessel maintenance and vessel equipment performance data on a regular basis both at the time of docking or when the operation to ensure the high standard of maintenance / repair are meet with target as assigned from company
Requirements
Candidate must possess Marine Engineer Class 1 Certificate
Have sailing experience as Chief Engineer capacity in Oil/Chemical/Gas Tanker at least 2 year, preferably candidates with shore experience as Technical Superintendent for at least 1 year
Familiar with vessel operation and docking process
Possess good analytical thinking, proactive, good leadership and able to work collaboratively
Willing to travel frequently
Possess good communications and negotiation skills
3. Technical Superintendent (Bulk Carrier)
Qualifications
Master Degree in Maritime Studies – COC Class I / ATT 1(Ahli Teknika Tingkat 1) Certified
Shore experience as Technical / Fleet Superintendent 2 years handle vessel Bulk Carrier/ Tanker
Sailing experience as Chief Engineer, 2nd Engineer onboard vessel Bulk Carrier / Tanker at least 3 years
Maintenance knowledge including trouble shooting of of vessel Machinery
Ship Management implementation onboard ISM Code, ISPS Code, International Convention Regulation, MARPOL
Reporting MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Familiar with ERP of Ship Management
Required Language: English, Indonesia
