HR Team Leader
Job Description :
Managing and controlling all of human resource related work.
Create performance management that has been adjusted with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Creating training programs and schedules for all employees and ensuring the company’s systems and procedures are running
Bridging between management and employees
Responsible for the development of the company’s human resources so that they can continue to carry out their roles
Planning manpower requirements in accordance with organizational developments
Handling career development strategies, problems related to employees and others
Controlling and performing corporate legal functions
Evaluating employee performance and managing underperfomances of employees
Requirements :
Minimum education of S1 (Management/Psychology/Law)
Age of 35-40 years
Have experience in HRD for at least 7 years (preferrably in manufacturing industry; steel making, cement, ready mix)
Have a leadership spirit, able to think analytically and thoroughly
Have good communication
Understand HRD systems and procedures
Willing to work under pressure
Fluent in English
