Your Tasks :
Learning all aspects of Schenker business, culture, and core values
Understand the end-to-end processes for Schenker Product areas
Familiarize and have good working knowledge of systems used in each Product area
Support business improvement initiatives
Working across functions and collaborating with different teams to tackle problems and provide solutions
Seek opportunities to expand knowledge across the products
Your Profile :
Post-graduate / Master’s degree with GPA min. 3.00
Fresh graduate or max. 2 years of work experience
English Proficiency (IELTS min. 6 or TOEFL min. 550)
A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best
High levels of energy, sound judgement, and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
