R&D FORMULATOR
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Analyst or equivalent
At least 1 year experience as Cosmetics RnD Formulator, previous experience in skincare, hair care & decorative industry
Good understanding of product development process and testing requirements for cosmetics and OTC products from concept to launch
Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects with various deadlines Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and incredibly organized
Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Develop new formulations and processes to support new product launches
Conduct trial testing, and communicate results and issues timely and thoroughly
Responsible to deliver the best formulation results in a timely manner
Document all testing and write detailed formulas with a methodology to summarize data for review at each test period
Trains other in developing new products
Follow the latest trend and updates in the beauty industry
