R&D Foods
Job Descriptions:
Identify new product opportunities by analyzing consumer trends, existing players and products in the market
Assist the design, formulation and development of products that meets the customer demand and fits our brand & market positioning
Prioritized new concepts/products through the development process which includes: · Formula and costing creation · Customer/Market test · Prototype & production Scale up · Packaging & technology · Ingredients and supplier/ vendor exploration
Manage product certification process (BPOM, Halal, etc)
Responsible to monitor progress of product development according to the timeline;
Work with production to identify process improvement.
Maintain ongoing communication with different stakeholders to share on emerging new ingredients, packaging and technology.
Job Qualifications:
Degree in Food Technology or other related courses
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product development processes
Knowledge in various kind of snack production will be an added advantage
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive in solving problems. Resourceful
Team player and good communication skill
Strong Analytical & Market Research skills
