1. People Experience Intern
Job Descriptions :
Assisting engagement program creation, alignment, and execution throughout all functions
Help in creation of people experience programs recap, e.g. people experience playbook, video recap, and more
Assist in the team’s administrative and operational tasks (scheduling, compiling data, creating report, etc)
Facilitate design and copywritings-related works within the team
End-to-end collaboration with respected town hall PIC and handling specific request from the team
Creating a list for Newkama, tenure, birthday, and other requested info for each town hall
Running a 3 DNA Awards (and Fun Awards) survey within the team
Qualifications :
Last semester undergraduate student majoring in Communication, Psychology, or equivalent (Preferably fresh graduate)
Able to do empathetic listening before jumps-out to conclusion
Outstanding analytical and problem solving skill
Creative thinking; able to see problems in helicopter view and give out-of-the-box solution
Having vast range of knowledge, related and beyond HR-scope
Expertise in content and creative writing is highly desirable
Proficiency in design and video editing is highly desirable
Can start the internship as soon as possible
Minimum 6 months of internship period
2. Tax Intern
Job Descriptions :
Review tax-related from Payment Form
Review and filing all supplier’s invoice documents
Distribute all the listed payments to be approved by the Tax Specialist and Lead
Prepare WHT Slips Art. 23/6 and 4(2) to be sent to vendors
Assist Tax Specialist in preparing WHT Report, VAT Report, and Reimbursement Report on a monthly basis
Assist Tax Specialist in submitting VAT invoice from vendors to Workday database
Filing all tax documents
Qualifications :
In process of completing a 2 or 4-year degree in Accounting, Tax, or relevant study (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
Had work experience in Tax
Good Excel and data analytics proficiency, familiar with numbers and calculation
Able to works independently with a focus on accuracy and quality
Available for 3 – 6 months internship period (5 days per week, 9 hours/day)
3. Sales & Operation Intern (Bank Promo)
Job Descriptions :
Responsible for maintaining dat-to-day operations that related to Bank Promotion
Create report and analyst bank promo by weekly
Ensure all bank promo running went smooth and on schedule
Helping to review agreement promo with bank partner
Coordination with other team to running promo program
Qualifications :
Have a strong interest and/or experience in operations.
Available for minimum 3 months period of internship
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work individually and in team
4. People Analytics Associate/Senior Associate
Job Descriptions :
Develop and execute a scalable and efficient people analytics vision & strategy that links and measures talent, business priorities, and initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert in terms of Data & Analytics and foundational building block that informs everything related to what the People team do (e.g. employer branding, recruitment, engagement, talent & performance, L&D, organization effectiveness, etc)
Actively work with various datasets to generate people trends, insights, conclusions, and recommendation
Design a standard framework for operationalizing insights in project management, data governance, modeling, and hypothesis testing
Lead research on trends and best practices to drive sustainable people strategy and effectiveness
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in People Analytics or Data Analyst
Exceptional problem solving & strong communications skills to translate findings and recommendations to a wider range of audience
Perform work with solid Excel proficiency & SQL knowledge
Develop an understanding of data wrangling & data manipulation (R/Python)
Solid proficiency in working with data visualization through Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other relevant tools
Experience in basic statistics modeling utilization is a plus
