Job Description

Build and engage strategic relations with key actors in Government, Shrimp farmers and communities, feed companies, financial institutions and services, and all parties that are related within the shrimp value chain that has the potential to cultivate profitable relationships.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Maintain and manage partnership cycle, from negotiation, creation of contracts with assistance from internal parties (Legal and Finance).
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to collect and analyze field and market data to capture needs from each stakeholder then visualized that into go-to-market strategy to win and gain sales
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of go-to-market strategy against the sales performance
Conduct and attend seminars or workshops to introduce products and services into the market
Liaising and informing internal and external stakeholders to emerge opportunities for business
Generate leads and cold call prospective partners
Meet with partners/clients face to face or over the phone

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Shrimp Aquaculture Industry
Market knowledge, familiar with startup ecosystem, VCs and FinTech in Pre, Production and Post-production
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Hunger to learn with ability to pick up new knowledge fast
Energetic, pro-active, responsible, independent, self-motivated and diligent

2. Marketing Communication

Job Description

Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs
Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique
Based on assessment, drafts, and proposes campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia
Creates and coordinates campaign, design ideas, content recommendation, and brand activity to marketing team
Schedules and develops content (social media, print media, direct mail, etc.), filming (scripts and production)
Evaluates success of campaigns when completed

Qualifications

Job Description

Build relationships with key employees among customers
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Create plans to address customers’ needs

Qualifications

Job Description

Monitor ETO part list: conversion from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order, status/delivery date, and component readiness at warehouse for assembly purpose (collaboration with Logistic Department)
Maintain ETO documentation completeness, together with the ETO team
Monitor Repair Part list, Conversion Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order and Status Delivery
Monitor availability Sock Spare parts.
Create BAST service
Check status Job on Beqik
Monitor delivery Finished service to Customer and make sure invoice created
Record inquiry service on Excel file

Qualifications

Minimum Senior High School graduate or Undergraduate Students, preferably majoring in Communication, Engineering, or Information System
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
